Metal coil drapery, also named wire drapery or metal curtains, is an ideal building material for building decorations: windows screens, wall claddings, room dividers, ceilings and so on. and it is widely used in buildings: hotels, shopping center, concert halls and other places.

Materials

The wire drapery can be made with aluminum alloy wire, stainless steel wire, copper wire, carbon steel wire, galvanized wire etc.

Finish

Current the Surface treatment for our coil drapery is lacquer coating, pickling and Ti-plating( suitable for SS wire drapery). The lacquer coating is the usual treatment methods.

1) Lacquer Coating

Lacquer coating is a general coloring way, which is spray lacquer on the surface and mixes the paint colors and then paints onto the metal coil drapery. After put color on the surface, the surface will be baking in high temperature to get a durable color. The colors through baking varnish will be bright and beautiful.

The lacquer coating surface processing is the most used treatments for coil drapery. It doen't limited the mesh size and the color is unitive the same.

2) Pickling

Compared with other methods, pickling is much easier. The theory of pickling is to removing the oxide or inclusions on the surface. The color under pickling can keep a long time without rust and fade. Usually it is suitable for the stainless steel wire drapery.

3) Ti-Plating colors

We also can do the Ti-Plating (PVD) color on the stainless steel coil drapery, The surface is more smoothly, but it is limited size by the PVD container(height limited within 3.3m), and the cost is more expansive.

Remarks:

★We can produce the metal coil drapery with all kinds of materials according to customers’ needs, such as: low carbon wire, aluminum alloy wire, stainless steel wire or copper wire.

★The inner opening is available from 3 mm to 20 mm and the wire diameter can be available from 0.5 mm to 2 mm. Special wire diameter and opening can be produced according to customers’ needs.

★ Each kind of metal coil drapery can be coated various colors. That depends on our customers' needs.

★ As to the color of track, the nature color is silvery or white , if you don't indicate,usually we will supply the white color track.
