This project is located in the cafe shop in Dubai. Custom W-shaped composite decorative metal wire mesh produced by our factory is adopted for space partitions and corridor frame cladding, creating a light-luxury and transparent visual separation system for the venue.
Material & Craftsmanship
This decorative mesh is woven by interlaced flat wires and round wires, forming continuous W-shaped three-dimensional texture through staggered warp and weft wires. The metal substrate is finished with brass plating and antique patina treatment, delivering soft matte vintage brass appearance. The finished mesh features outstanding corrosion resistance, perfectly adapting to the high-salinity coastal climate of Dubai.
Decorative & Visual Effects
1. Spatial Hierarchy Creation
Matched with arched metal pergola frames, the semi-transparent mesh creates a gradient effect of solid and void. It divides independent dining and lounge zones without blocking the indoor-outdoor landscape view. Palm plants and urban skyscrapers are partially visible through the mesh, eliminating the oppressive feeling of solid hard partitions.
2. Dynamic Light & Shadow Aesthetics
Light from spherical floor lamps penetrates the W-shaped mesh holes, casting continuous flowing ripple shadows on floors and walls. Dynamic light layers shift with sunlight and indoor lighting, endowing the space with soft and upscale atmosphere.
3. Contrast of Textures
The matte antique brass texture of the mesh forms striking material contrast with glossy glass, white marble mosaic flooring and slim metal furniture. The vintage metallic texture neutralizes the coldness of modern minimalist hard furnishings, constructing an office lounge space combining Middle Eastern elegance and contemporary simplicity.

The integrated woven structure ensures stable mechanical strength. The anti-corrosion brass plating finish withstands Dubai’s high-temperature coastal environment.
